I generally use hot glue. There are 2 types get the clear hobbly glue sticks. What I like about the hot glue is that it sets quickly and is not messy. The down side is that when fishing in cold weather sometimes the eyes fall of but are easy to replace.

Goop works quite well, 5 min epoxy works, but Goop is not as messy and no mixing ;D
If you use CA(crazyglue) go to a hoby shop and get a GEL-CA(thick) not the stuff like water. Use a spray accelerator for an instant bond with the gel. Sets it off when you spray it.
I prefer Goop. But the chemicals in it are nasty.....

I am trying to stay away from the toxic fumes so silicon, Crazy glue (which i have used) and the glue gun (which i haven't but will try) are the kinds of things I want.

The 2 glues that I use are Goop and aqua seal. Goop is a little thicker and works better. I have not had any eyes fall off yet.

I've had good luck with Goop. Eyes stay on real well until I start bouncing back casts off rocks and stuff...
