Working on some mouse patterns and testing to ensure they fall or correct themselves in the water. The flared deer hair don’t always work...might be to thick and might also spin when retrieving. Attachment Deleted

I made a variety of mouse patterns but always forget to give them a go. I bet they would do good at Shoe Lake instead of Popers and Gurglers. In feeling good about the progress regards to floating and turning upright. The ears help keep the head a little higher in the water. I'd like to see your mouse pattern. Hook size 2 Mustad Cheers.

Hey Bob: BIG BROWNS at night. You got me all excited. That pattern will destroy fish, nice work.

I second Stu's suggestion for big browns. My largest this fall was on a spun deer hair mouse pattern.
