i ended up trapping a mink that was killing my birds awhile ago, it's on ice right now but was wondering how best to use it for fly tying. should i shave it and use the fur for dubbing? what would you all do?

Dubbing is good, they have a natural oil in there fur.Shiny in the water. But if your handy with a razor.Mini stips ,zonker style, cross cut & then wound on the shank, great leech pattern.2xl sz10 deadly.Small red bead, egg sucking leech..The thinner the strips the better.i LEAVE THE FUR ON THE HIDE & BLEND WHAT I NEED W/A LITTLE RABBIT,ICE DUB TO ADD MORE FLASH.... PC CAP'S STUCK SORRY
