Hey all. Looking for a bit more economical option for boobie eye foam. Any idea where to buy round foam that can be cut up into appropriate size?

I use foam beach sandals and cut out plugs using brass tubing in an electric drill.

Check the dollar stores. I found a bag of foam cylinders about 10 inches long that were between 1/4 and 1/2 inch in diameter that might work. It was a while ago, but you might have some luck.

Not sure if you are still looking for booby eye options... If you know any archery hunters they will have some broken or bent arrows. Cut about two or three inches off end where the arrow tip screws in. Works great as a cutting tool with a drill. You can also try different diameter arrows. Try foam from swim noodles, denser foam from canoe car top protectors. Good Luck have fun tying!
