So what to do when the snow is up to the middle of the windows, build a cigar box guitar and learn how to play it. Got a small amp kicking around so I am set to go. 3 strings so I wont get lost easily, KISS. Here is my Red Neck Reso. Sounds great, love the reso sound, something to plink and plunk on until the water softens up Might have to get Robert to give me a few lessons. Cheers Ron.

Very interesting & unusual instrument. I have an acoustic reso and enjoy learning music during the winter months. I'm not sure what you can play with only three strings though. Are you playing it with a steel bar or finger style?

I try to play it with a deep socket on my pinky finger. No shortage of things to play with 3 strings.
Cheers Ron
