I picked up a pair of these from the Fishin' Hole as they were force-fin'ish and in my price range as well. Had the first time out with them, today and I was VERY impressed. They propelled a fairly large tube (Outcast Fat Cat + 200 pound person) into the wind very easily and efficiently and performed very well all day. Those up-turned fins make kicking a breeze! I was very surprised at how much more maneuverable in the water I was as well compared to with my previous Outkast P.O.S. ones. This was just the first outting with them, but they seem pretty solid. I still plan on getting some Force's at some point, but for anyone else who's looking for a low-mid priced fin that will get you there and not leave you with a charley horse at the end of the day, I'd recommend these! They had a few pairs at the Fishin' Hole when I was there last and I believe WS has them instock as well.

Cool. How much were these if I may ask?
I just bought a larger size of force fins. I had the ML and they were just too bloody tight. Bought the L and they're absolutely perfect. Sold the ML's to a friend who tried them out today and yesterday. He fell in love immediately.

They're 79.99 at Fishin' Hole.
I'm goign to try and track down a pair of dive boots or just put a neoprene sock over the stocking foot just to snug'em up a bit. I mean they're great now, but.. then they'd be PERFECT!

If you are looking for some dive boots, Mountain Equipment has a ton of them, but get them very oversized. I wear a 9 shoe, 10 wading boots and got some 12 diving boots, and probably should have gone bigger. Take your waders in when you are trying them on or you will have a very hard time sizing.

I got them a couple of years ago, and they had several styles, with and without walking soles. I got a pretty high end style with a rubber walking sole, zippered closed, for about 60.00, but there were some in the 30 range.

After a season in these, I discovered today (after pumping the damn tube up, draggin it half a km and getting to the water that...
"YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR".
My right fin has officially bit the dust and the left is shortly to follow. The clip ripped through the heel of the fin.
I'd like to say I got alot of use out of these but.. I feel like a pair of fins should last longer than 14 uses---IF that.
I will be going with a pair of Force Fins for my next pair of tube-kicker's.
