The Complete Illustrated Directory of Salmon Flies by Chris Mann. I discovered this book from this article: globalflyfisher.com/reviews/books/bookbase/show_single.php?id=180I was interested in this, so I looked for a more local copy for far less than the suggested 35 GBP. Everything in North America was close to $100 CAD. The best I found was the following, which cost close to 40 GBP after shipping: Ebay linkI have to say, I really enjoy this book. It is expensive, but it is great for inspiration for tying. So many flies, all digitally created based on recipes. I have it set on the ottoman and keep reading through it, each time getting more ideas. I would recommend this to someone such as myself who likes collecting books, especially fly tying related. Detailed tying instructions aren't included, but the volume of patterns and material lists all in one place is quite good. And the fact that the GFF article above gave them their highest rating, a 6, speaks for itself.
