Not that I want them and I don't want to jinx it but where are the skeeters? For that matter where are the ticks?
I have encoutered very few even 'out there'

no rain + no heat = no bugs ;D we have a ok nest of skeeters around home - they're just not hungry dunno the real reasoning, but then again, I'm enjoying it while I can. ticks - we don't need no schtinkin ticks .... ..... ............. and if anyone trampin through tall grass would find them ...... I only had 1 to date this year. Found it as the 3yr old screams 'Daddy, there's a spider on you're seat ...' ......... spider - yeah, that's it (C&R on the 'spider too). RB .... should htis start an infestation, I'll be forwarding the Fed-Ex bill for 50 little brown myotis' to your attention ....... speaking of which ...... haven't really seen many of them either ..........

Tons of tics in NW Ont and interlake as well. Been pretty dry for mosquitoes, until the last day or two I believe they need about 4 consective days of above zero temps at night coupled with lots of warm standing water, then look out give it a week from this past rain
