Sons, wife and I, managed to get some time together today at Reynolds Ponds. The only guy catching anything (5 nice rainbow) was the guy flinging flies ;D The camera person was a long ways off so the shots are not good Also stopped at the larger of the Lafarge pits - caught several like this.... and a ton like this..... All in all, a fun day.

Actually Robert, in looking at the second last photo, in the background you can probably see that there is a lot of shoreline where there is downed trees/bushes or overhanging vegetation. That is the western most end of the pit. Probably a good spot to check out with a tube. We drove to the spot where the pictures were taken.

a few questions
1: Is that the only type of fish in there ?
2: How long has that pit been stocked?
3: Is there lots of pesky perch so those lil guys can grow bigger?
