Here's a site just on Carp. Young site by looks of it - but people on both sides of the Atlantic chirping in - just for carping. They've even opened up a section for FFing. www.carpamerica.com/forums/index.php?

I like his suggestion about using a very light jig with a cray pattern. Uses only an 8lb leader? I don't think I am that confident with my retrievals yet to try anything less than a 20lb.
