It seems the province has sorted out its new stocking website. Looks like the interface might be a bit clunky, however, the maps for some of the lakes include contour and depth info. Manitoba Lake Information for Anglers

i never knew they stocked lake of the praries with muskies and small mouth. i take it they never got established, never heard of anyone catching any

Going back into the past stocking records, there were a lot of interesting tings put into water around here. Wonder why some took off while others seemed to be a short lived experiment. Example, I can't see why rainbow trout got established, but cut throats didn't, are they not just a mutation of the same thing.
