Not sure where are they going with this but if you ask me it is BS. I am pretty sure many others would agree. Over a decade ago some other provinces had plastic ID type fishing licences while we had paper one, and still have paper, same goes for 2 piece driver licence at that time (this got upgraded eventually) and Manitoba health card which is still piece of paper. Now that they are upgrading to smartphone licence is some other provinces (I know not everybody has a smartphone still) we are going another step backwards to A4 size paper that you print yourself. I think only good thing about this is that you can print new one if you lose it or get it wet. If you try to laminate it what you will do with it then, can't put it in your wallet. Might as well hang it around the neck and look like a clown.
Sorry about a rant, didn't try to offend anyone, just my honest opinion.

Just wondering how big is the new park pass before I buy it? Hopefully not same size as fishing licence.

Can you print multiple copies of these. Like leave them where you are fishing from. 90% of the time I am in my float tube, so I can leave on there, and when I need it, print another one.
Is there a cost to re print?
Never mind, I just remembered we have these magical things like scanners and photocopiers.
I guess a person could just print out several copies and just keep them in whatever they are fishing from. I don't like the idea of carrying a full sheet of paper folded up in my wallet. Plastic card like Ontario would be nice, and I did that online over 5 years ago.
