My canal is full of fish today! Today's lesson...if you dont tire them out you end up with a bent hook.

Can you show the fly you’re using? Thanks for the question Lockport. Normaly they say a small fly with a strong hook , best color is white. But I've been having luck on any color as per the flies in the picture...the top fly is what u see in the peacocks mouth. When the temp heats up they pair up along the banks and build their nest. Any intruders get chased away. Sometimes they will use diff tactics...they will blow on ur fly, do some fast drive by, take the fly and spit it out real fast. A quick retrieve will entice them. Hope that helps!
