I'm not capable of tying flies yet at the moment. Does anyone know where you can obtain these files? I couldn't find them at the fishin hole and Cabelas doesn't have them in stock when I go there.

Ya Stu at Cabela's is the sole tyer and uber promoter of that fly. So you'd have to track him down. In other news that fly goes by other names and varieties that also catch fish in huge numbers These flies are all derivative of mohair leeches that have been around a loooooooong time.
