Was a pretty good turn out with 12 showing up. We fished downstream of the locks on the gravel reef. Must have been a pretty funn thing to see for onlookers. lol. Fishing wasn't too bad. LOTS of drum! Don't think anyone didn't catch a few. Joel with a chunky drum No cats during the outing but I managed one at 5:30pm before everyone showed up. We ended up getting chased off the water by lightning at about 9:30pm. Then it POURED rain! Wow. I got soaked just from the time it took to take my waders off and jump in my truck. lol Nick

Seeing those 10 guys out there shoulder to shoulder is one of the weirdest things I've seen at Lockport.
Bummer I wasn't there with you.

Didn't know the water was that shallow that far out!

Awesome! Love that photo with everyone standing shoulder to shoulder. That's where I was nailing Drum on Monday.
When I was there the boats were probably another 150 ft out, and they were hauling cats in like there was no tomorrow. Maybe they're just a bit too far out right now.
