My name is Matt, I am from Regina and I am fairly new to fly-fishing. I have been fishing the fly a bit for the last couple of years, but this year hope to take it to the next level. I just bought a vise and have been tying for a week now, and really enjoying it.
I hope to hit the Parklands this year in May or June as well as in the Fall. I really like the idea of Fall tigers from Twin

Welcome to the brotherhood of fly fishers. lol. You're officially on the dark side now. No turning back. All kidding aside, hope you can learn lots and no question is a dumb question. Just think, other people might have the same question and want an answer too! Parklands has some great fishing, however, Saskatchewan also boasts some spectacular trout fishing northeast of Prince Albert! Can't remember the lake but there's a tiger trout lake there too that has some hogs! Also, less pressure than the parklands. A few members on here are from SK and they could fill ya in more on that. Welcome. Nick
