Darrell - where did you get the image? Shows the ponds as they were years ago - interesting.

pic came from Manitoba Land Initiative - I .. .doctored it up to add pond #'s (had old sketch from Nat Res).
Yeah - I realize its an older pic.... but gives a general good idea.

Darrel - sorry; didn't mean to come off sounding like I was giving you grief because it's old - brought back memories of how it used to look back when I would take my 2 sons there back in mid - 80's.

How is the road getting into there now? Would I be able to drive in with my car? Just wondering if there are any major washouts...
James.

Hey James, I have never had any trouble getting in (rain or shine) in a minivan. But I have not been in this year. Road from #1 is rougher, road through Ross is muckier. Not a bad Idea to take a cell just in case

I live right by there "Ross way" and we were there a couple of weeks ago and can you scary. The amount of rain that we have gotten is not good. Most of our gravel roads have turned really ugly. Personally, I would not take a chance driving out there right now if you don't want to wreck your vehicle.

Darrell - I was just looking over the satellite image of Reynold (on Google maps). Very interesting to be able to match the images you posted with the more current satellite photo. A lot wetter even last year when the images were updated, by the looks of it.
Anyhow, thanks, much obliged.
