Hello everyone. I'm Steve and I've been fly fishing off and on for about 20 years in Saskatchewan. My uncle is a big fisherman and raves about some fishing areas around the Manitoba/ Sask border. Upon showing him some topo maps of the Manitoba area, he quickly pointed out some of the lakes he had gotten into with his quads. He really gets out there onto the abandon trails and logging roads around that area. He's been doing that for the past 15 years or so. This got my blood running and inspired me to focus on going to the areas around the Steeprock Lake region in the future. Olson lake, Gass Lake, Deep Lake, Vini Lake, and others in that area are the ones I'm interested in the most. I haven't been out fishing for a long while, so coming across this site has inspired me to start tying again. Thanks.....
