Hi my name is Jeff Lauze and I am a flyfishing addict. I think thats as blunt as one can put it but its true. I have been flyfishing since I was ten yrs old which gives me about eleven years now. I used to commercially tie flies but spend too much time on the water to have time for it anymore. I am from Saskatoon Saskatchewan and spend most of my time on lakes all over the province and in the Parkland and ducks. I am in my first year at Lakeland College taking a Natural Resources Program and hope to eventually work in the parkland as a biologist someday.

Welcome here, Jeff!
I think most of the people around here are suffering the same thing as you....
Just out of curiousity, where is the closest fly fishing to Saskatoon? Have you ever done the Cypress Hills? Are they worth the trip?

welcome aboard Saskfly. I would guess you would have spent some time around some of the Kilpatrick gang. Eric Shrader, Wayne Philips and Mark Olinger. I believe Mark made it to the FLPPR Trout Festival last year. Do you have any plans to take that in. it's on June 5-6 in Rossburn Manitoba.
